i am on windows vista and i get a message that tells me that an update is available for java se runtime environment...i am not sure if it is safe to update, i have heard that sometimes you shouldnt update java..so i would like to know before i do anything...if i shouldnt update java ,how can i get rid of the update icon that pops up when i log on...thanks in advance
