EiSystem E206: Vista reboot loop
Hail,

I just bought an EiSystem E206. I've had it since Monday and have not really done much with it except transfer some music and configure my wireless system. it is now refusing to load up - at most it will get to a black screen with a visible mouse pointer (ctrl+alt+delete etc. do nothing here) and stop, more often it gets to the screen with the green loading bar then reboots. when it goes to safe mode I am given a blue screen with an error message that it can't find ntdll.dll.

the system was provided without a Vista CD so reinstalling is not really an option as yet.

any ideas?

- Jonathan

Can you provide a link to this "EiSystem" OEM as all I can find with this name a web provider.

The sites that list this company's computers are just resales including a LOT on EBay.

I just copied the files across from the CDs...

the system was working fine up until a few days ago. I transferred the music before it crashed.
