Which is better? Vista 32bit or 64bit? or should i stick to xp? Thanks

Vista 32 bit is better as it has better software and hardware support.
ONly upgrade to Vista if your PC is more than capable of running it.

I agree above, because when you run a 64 bit, most of the 32-bit programs do not support it, so 32-bit would be a better choice for you.
