Red face my font size changed by itself and i can't change it back
Hi there,

i have a problem with my font size. when i closed my laptop and opened it again after a while, the font size changed to a larger one (96 DPI), by itself. when i go to control panel, it is telling me that this is the smallest one. it happend a few times already, but it usually went back to normal after restarting. but now it doesn't work. i don't know what to do, and it is annoying me because i got used to the smaller one already. does anybody know what i can do? thank you.

Right click anywhere on the desktop that is not on an icon or window.

View -> Classic Icons

In Explorer

Click Views then select the size you want.

Check your resolution.
Right Click on desktop
Properties
Display Settings

hi.

thank you, it helped, partly. but it olnly applies to icons and ie, and i would like to know what's happening with my system font. it is very strange that it changed by itself and now is telling me that there isn't a smaller size, which cannot be true as i had it smaller before. but thank you anyway.
