keyboard keeps changing language... hi guys and gals, apologies i didn't reply to my thread asking about security... i got the advice i needed but was very busy and forgot to say thanks...so thanks all for the advice.
anyhow, my friend has just bought a brand new toshiba laptop from a 'discount' store.
he is running vista. we are in the UK and the laptop is all setup as UK language, but the keyboard has 2 language choices... English/Vietamese and English/English...
I set it to Englsih/English but it keeps swapping back to English/Vietnamese. I've serached all the help options and can't delete the vietnamese option... but why does it keep changing when i set it to english/english?
It seems to change every time a new webpage is opened.. any ideas anyone?
