seems very interesting, is a free tool, but im doubting to use it, i used the online scanner of virustotal n i found this

Quote:
eSafe 7.0.15.0 2007.11.21 suspicious Trojan/Worm
Ikarus T3.1.1.12 2007.11.27 Trojan.Win32.Autoit.ao
Prevx1 V2 2007.11.27 Heuristic: Suspicious File With Outbound Communications
so well i know only 3 of 32 detected it, i wonder if i should use it or not

does any one know if it's really infected ?
thx

As jmwills suggested try PC Decrapifier. I have used it & know of others who used it without any problems whatsoever.

I would start a new thread in Security area(google hijackthis, download, run, paste that log in your post). Sometimes there are false positives, & hopefully the scan gave you the opportunity to check the location and actual name of the file in question-- it could be one of your regular, benign programs-- i see so many false positives nowadays that if the scan or app does not report the actual program/file in question, to me it's useless / annoying and does more harm than good.

Some malware expert there should be able to help you out, good luck.

In PC World there was an article about crapware, it said that the dealer will do it for you or there is a reference in the PC World article about how to do it. The decrapifier works well for most people. Circuit City and other such stores charge for decrapifying.

I think that if you go to pcworld.com and search their site you will find the article mentioned above.

well i didn't use it at the moment i post the things i found, i only did a online scanner in www.virustotal.com i like virus total cuz has 32 scanners from most of the antivirus,
but reading what u said that may b a false, well i decided to try it, but i didnt really like it, it only showed me this things in the computer

wild tangent games
reset IE home and search pages
mcafee security suite
office home n student

no more, it didnt show any of the bloatware that toshiba installed, so im doing it manually
deleting all those things that i wont use, even tho there are some i dnt really know if i should or shouldnt so i will let them there, i tried googling some of them but there was no info, it seems no one knows what r they for

programs like

toshiba extended tiles for windows mobility center
toshiba hardware setup
toshiba SD memory utilities
toshiba software modem
toshiba software upgrades
toshiba speech system application
toshiba speech system SR engine (U.S.)version 1.0
toshiba speech system TTS engine (U.S.)version 1.0
toshiba supervisor password
toshiba value added package

could some one tell me which of this programs can b uninstalled
i uninstalled many other things toshiba had like

toshiba disk creator
toshiba DVD player
toshiba games
i dnt remember the others

i would appreciate any help to know what can i safely remove

thx guys for all ur comments
