Extended support for Unicode/language packs vista?
I recall there being an option in the regional and language settings for something along the lines of "extended support of all text services in programs" in windows XP and was wondering if its still in vista?

I am trying to input Japanese characters into a few programs and it will not give me anything but annoying "?"'s back.

Mozilla firefox is fine and so are a few plain text entry applications, but not for example Ventrilo, teamspeak, or online games such as world of warcraft where it would be helpful when talking to japanese friends.

So i come here looking for help
