Exclamation Windows update errors
Well I baught a new pc gateway model gm5483e well its more of a worry about problems down the future so when I try to install updates it doesnt work the following are the details hope some one can help me it is 2 seperate updates

On the first error, 8004100A, it occurs with some regularity. Try using WMIdiag (a
tool downloaded from Microsofts download centre) and clearing a number of
errors that it raises. Eventually the Repository should reappear and all should be fine.

On the second one, 80070002, try turning the windows firewall off and
the update should immediately downloaded and install.

Is that wmidiag work with vista because it doesnt seem to have been installed I got as far as unzipping the files and nothing more is there another step I cant run wmidiag is there a different way of solving the problem is there some other information that can say mor specifically what is causing the problem or is there a specific way
