Go Start. Type in:
services.msc
Hit Enter
Services window will open.
Look for:
Background Intelligent Transfer Service
What does it say under Status, and Startup Type columns?

by doing so (whatever you sujjest me) we will be getting service states stated and statup type automitic (Delayed start).
