Slow Boot
Hello my Friends, it's not often I post a problem but now and again I come up against a problem I can't get past

Anyway Problem: Very very Slow boot and I mean slow, at least 4 minutes to a usable screen, when the boot up starts it hangs on the ASUS splash screen for 80% of the boot up time?

Computer spec:

Asus Mobo Asus -SLI delux Latest Bios
AMD Athlon duel core 64 x 2 4600
ATI Radeon X550
Vista Ultimatum
3G Ram

I have taken all the PCI units out and started up again and it wasn't any of those, any help would be greatly appreciated

Thumbs up Solved
Its seems that the All in One akasa unit was faulty, as soon as I took the offending item out the system booted very quickly.

Many thanks for your help

Thanks for the update, glad we could be of help

I kinda thought the problem lay in conflicting, fighting cores: Athlon duel core

BTW MZ Vista Force has 2-3 settings in Windows Tweaks II, for just that issue.
