ZoneLabs Blue Screen HELP!
Hi,

A installed ZoneLabs firewall free version a few days ago. Since then my PC has been crashing with the blue screen of death intermittantly.

ZoneLabs did not complete installation so i can't uninstall it. I also run AVG fREE version.

Would a clean Vista reinstallation solve my problem? Also, will my installed programs (word etc) and wireless internet settings remain after a Vista reinstallation?
