Question Vista QT file disassociation
Hi Guys and Gals.

I hope I am posting this in the right place.

I noticed in XP we can open up the QuickTime preferences and un-check all of the files QT will read.

Is there a way to Set up QT to only read only files made for QT?

Or reset Vista to the 'factory' settings?

I need QT for a program, but it is messing up other programs.

Thanks, for any help you may provide!!

Go to: Edit -> Preferences -> Player Preferences. Then select the "File Types" button, from the Browser Tab. From there you can select the file types that you want.
