A question about startup programs.
I'm wonderinwg which of the following startup programs I can disable without causing myself a big problem: 1.) MS Media Center tray applet, 2.) MS Office One Note, 3.) MS Userinit logon, 4.) Windows Explorer, 5.) Windows Host Process (there are FOUR of these!), 5.) Windows Defender, and 6.) Soft thinks launcher. I'm look'n for some way to speed up my startup.

The freeware WinPatrol helps control startups and prevents Startups from being added without your consent or knowledge.
