Can't see Folder even with show Hidden folders checked
In Simply Accounting I can't see the Data folder even with the Show Hidden folders checked in Explorer......path is C/Program files/ Winsim/ Data/Backup1

In Computer I cannot see the Data Folder and I know it is there as the program shows the data residing in that folder and the program works fine.

Little Puzzled.

Hold the Flag key down and tap R key, copy and paste the directory path for that folder in the run box, hit OK, it should open the hidden folder for you.

C/Program files/Winsim/Data/Backup1

You may have to un-hide protected operating system files to see that folder in Explorer.

What happens if your program files are missing and can only find them under search. I didn't move the file it's just under another heading and in 3 separate places. I have removed any potential viruses. I tried to reinstall my Vista but it will not allow me to. Any suggestions??

Thanks, but it cannot find the file C:\Program Files\winsim\Data\Backup (this is the actual correct path as shown when the accounting program opens.)

I also checked un-hide protected operating system files, but still nothing.

I might ask on the Simply Accounting site to see if there is some kind of glitch with the program and Vista as they have had some other issues already.
