How to set up a batch file to open a command prompt opened in folder c:\home automatically when logging in?

Create a Shortcut on your Desktop to CMD.EXE.
Right Click the Shortcut and select properties.
Select the Shortcut tab
Type in the path you want in the "Start in" box.
click OK
Drag the shortcut to your startup folder.
