Windows Explorer Refresh Problem
My desktop isn't refreshing automatically as it should, i have to Right Click > Refresh.

E.g. I extract an archive, and nothing appears, first time this happened i thought it had just failed. so i did it again, and again, and again. then i hit F5 and nothing happened, so i right click refreshed and i had a desktop full of replicated files from the archive, so i deleted them, but now, whenever i download anything to my desktop, it doesn't appear until i refresh, any suggestions?
