Mozilla Firefox & Avast??
Hi..

I got 2 antivirus's.. Avast + Nod32.. Both registered.. Recently i noticed that Mozilla stopped working. It duznt open any site.. says site not found etc.. but when i close avast "On access protection" it starts working. Checked it several times.. this is the first time it happened.. Used to use both of these together some time ago.. Dnt knW ! Help? :P

You can't have two antivirus programs running at the same time. They will conflict at times. They both have shields and sometimes they will fight each other. I would remove Avast and keep NOD32 which is the better of the two. If you read the NOD32 installation manual,they recommend removing any other antivirus programs. You can run more than one antispyware programs though.

Hi, I run Avast fine with Firefox, but not together with the other anti-virus. I also have AVG. So far I don't have problems. They run on separate schedules.
