Vista64 ultimate says not enough memory
Can anyone help me please.

I just installed a new HD and decided to go with Vista, Im trying to copy over my old files via a usb ext HD. Problem is i keep getting an error message saying "Not enough memory", yet the files im copying is around 30gb and the disc im saving to has 189gb free. The only way around it is for me to copy each individual folder at a time which is gonna take an age.

My system is AMD64 3000+
2gb Ram

Any help much appreciated

Thanx
Paul

Burn the files onto DVD/CD and copy from there perhaps? Not good granted, but it might save you some time?
