Solved: Windows Mail
Hello.

I've been encountering a minor but annoying problem with Windows Mail in Vista (formerly Outlook Express). I have a couple of contacts that often forward me content from other contacts, and almost all of the time these e-mails go straight to my Junk mail folder.

I have already labelled these contacts as Safe Senders and yet their e-mails still go to the Junk folder. It must be something to do with the FW in the title. I have already chosen "No Automatic Filtering" in junk mail options. I expected that to fix it as the instructions say that only Blocked Senders will go to the Junk mail folder.

Do I need to do something with Message Rules? I find that rather confusing. Has anyone had this problem?

Thanks.
Iggy.

It was my security suite
I figured this one out myself. Even though I had placed the contact(s) on my Safe Senders list in Windows Mail, I still had to go into my anti-spam software in my security suite and place the on the allowed senders list there.
