vista error message
I've searched the archives been have been unable to find anything specific to my problem. At start up error message reads: Error loading c:\windows\system32\sprt_ads.dll access is denied.
This message started showing up after trying to re-install Nero 7. I'm assuming it has something to do with loading the library file but..
thanks Doc

Can you get into Safe mode?
If so, open MsConfig and see if you have something relating to that error, probably the same, and untick it. If it works, you can reexamine the computer to determine where the problem started.
Meanwhile, I believe this is malware so, if you cannot track it, repost in the malware forum for help.
