Guide for deleting a partition
Hello Guys (and girls) I have a little problem. I had XP Professional and I bought Vista home premium. I did not know if I would like vista so i Partitioned it. Well I do like it and now I want to get rid of xp. I now know that you cant just upgrade pro to home premium. how do I get the partitioned xp off and keep my vista? thanks guys

I think best way would be with 3rd party software like Acronis Disk Director to delete the partition. You can make a rescue disk on cd and then boot to it and delete the XP Partition.

Just use Vista's partitioner to remove XP and expand your Vista partition to fill the space that you freed up.

Right-click Computer > Manage > Disk Management.
