Still problem exists. It is not isp or internet problem. No firewall.

EVery time i reboot my pc , it goes to max internet speed 7mbps. That eliminate router , isp ...

only possible culpirit is marvell libertas drive ror Vista 64.

i revert back to vista 32 bit. Everything is working fine. So it has to be vista 64 or vista 64 network driver for marvell libertas. wireless card zio x9 model.

i will switch to vista 64 when everyone is staisfied.

Most people here are just clueless. They keep repeating their idiotic obvious problems.
Until you face a problem , you do not know. Vista 64 or Marvell liberts zio x9 64 bit driver has problem.

Same pc working well in Vista 32 bit.

All other bandwidth hog problem do not apply here...
