Exclamation Solved: Transparent Appearances for Vista
Couldn't find the Transparent Appearance like XP. Does Vista have transparent appearances like XP?

Yes, but Vista Basic does not.

Does your video card support it? It requires DX9 and 128MB of video memory.

Yes my video card supports it. I have DX9 and have 256MB of video memory. Oh, by the way I found it. Thanks for your help anyway.
