I found my graphics driver update on the intel website BUT there arent any updates for my OS which is vista their are only XP updates?

You need to use the Vista drivers, a lot of XP drivers will cripple your system.

its intel celeron 3.33GHz, 502MB RAM 32-bit OS, it has Intel 82945G express chipset graphics card thats what im trying to find an update for. and my OS is of course Vista.

its an E machines, I have another custom built one but I use this one for running a Bot for a game, And i need to install the update for the game. I dont know what else to do but update my graphics, the game runs fine but it blinks like 100FPS and I think i may have a seizure if i keep trying to play with it blinking like this.
