can anyone help install vista thats in chinese?

hi, i already have vista, but i want to install vista ultimate on VMware just to see if i should upgrade my current copy to ultimate, the only thing is that the version i have is in chinese, and i have no idea whats going on, iv managed to get it to the part where it actually installs, but im not going to know how to change the text back into english, can anyone help me with this thanks
