It says that I am missing "BOOTMGR" so I tried to get into BIOS to see if Boot Manager was turned on but I couldnt figure out how..only F2 and F12 will work at the start up of my computer..anything else just brings me to a screen with

Do you have a Vista disc,if so you could try booting from the Vista DVD,you will have to set bios to boot from CD/DVD first, and on the screen where you're prompted to "Install now", select "Repair your computer" instead.

The next screen searches for Vista installations, there should only be one, so click Next.

This starts the System Recovery Options screen. Select the option Startup Repair. This should automatically fix any problems.

Then remove the DVD and reboot.

Or try booting from Vista DVD and at "Repair My Computer" click on "Command Prompt" and use the following

bootrec.exe /fixmbr
bootrec.exe /fixboot
bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd

Then restart.

EDIT: I see you have a Toshiba Satellite laptop,so probably dont have Vista DVD,but if you have a Recovery Disc you can use it to access the "Startup Repair" feature.
If not you can download a copy here
