Exclamation Windows.old
I've recently reinstalled windows vista home basic to my computer through the boot CD. I now have a file called Windows.old with all my old files etc. Its taking up 13GB of space and i'm not allowed to delete it. I am the owner and admin of the comptuer, how come i can't get rid of this?

This is very important I have to install Microsoft Office 2007 Pro and Adobe Master Collection CS3.

If you guys can offer any help please do!!

Move out any files that you need, then try deleting the contents of that folder rather than the folder itself and see if that helps. Otherwise try gaining ownership of the folder via Properies, Security, Advanced.
