Upgrading Vista Home 32bit to Vista Ultimate 64-bit
I currently have Vista Home 32-bit and want to update it to Vista 64-bit. I tried upgrading, but it wouldn't let me. Is there a procedure for this or do I just need to boot from the CD and do a clean install? Any help would be great! Thank you.

Hi, im a computer technician in australia Palmerston NT working for terrorbyte.com.au and the answer to your question is yes. You have to do a completely new installation of the 64x bit edition of vista as the 32 bit and 64x bit editions are two completely different os platforms.
