Talking Solved: Vista - HP start up screen
I wish to change the HP blue start up screen that shows the set up numbers ie F11, F menus, etc. It come up on each startup before my password Vista page.. One could get into the bios settings, etc and reset the computer.

It is usually on one of the last bios screens as either "quiet boot" or "quick boot" but if you get lucky the description will tell you it disables the HP logo etc....
