Question Solved: Really bizzare problem with Hotmail LOL
Good evening everybody, First, I don't know what section of this forum to post in. Please move my post if you need to.

Here is my real weird problem. It's about Windows Live Messenger. I usually just click on the mail icon to read my mail. What happen now is IT DOES NOT SHOW any contacts like I don't have any.

Now, if I use browser and type hotmail.com it shows all the contacts (about 50 of them!). They all are there.
Well, of course I can use the browser, but I am trying to solve this puzzle.

What happened in Messenger, and why does it not show any contacts?? How can I correct it???

Did it ever happen to any of you???

Thank you guys,
Laura.

Unbidden unfortunately it did not work for me. I printed out the instructions that pertain to my case, and was following them step by step. When I got to the point "delete such n' such files" and I tried to delete them I was told that "they are used in another program" and could not be deleted, which did not make any sense to me at all. I was stuck.

Sorry Unbidden, I will use smaller font.

Just ignore her posts in the future, and if she gets no help, who cares?

Because your posts are very hard to read when you use those large blue fonts.
The default size and color works just fine.

I understand normal language DaveA. You don't have to be rude to have me using a default font.

Meanwhile my problem has been solved by itself - all my contacts came back without me doing anything.

Obviously it was MSN's problem, but it took too long for them to fix.
