Deleted file history remains in search feature.
Getting used to Vista home premium but can't solve one feature.
If I type my name, for instance, into the "start search" feature just above the windows start button in the bottom left hand corner of the task bar, it lists all files, programmes and communications that have contained my name - even the ones I've deleted and also dumped out of the rubbish bin or moved to a flash/pen drive.
How do I get rid of this unwanted history please ?
