Angry Side Bar in vista cannot start up??
Hi everybody, Im new in that forum but I hope somebody will guide me what to do with my problem. I bought new laptop with vista, as I was trying to swich from xp to vista a I disabled side bar on start up, as I thought I wont need it. But now I would like to use it. I tried to run it but system said "Windows side bar is managed by your system administrator" What?? I am only user and administrator of my pc so whats the problem? I also tried to by clicking right mouse button and click on "run as administrator" but doesnt work either?? Please can someone explain to me what is all about and why and how to run it again? is there any other programs which wont work again after you disable them?
regards and this is my mail: maxbull@hotmail.co.uk
Waiting for any kind of help, max
