I'm trying to install Hp healthcheck update(windows vista home basic) but at the end it says:
error 2739 could not access JavaScript run time custom action
error-1603 Fatal error during installation consult windows installer hlp(msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.

IMHO, why have a program running in the background notifying you what is running correctly and what is not? Chances are the program isn't worth its drain on your system resources. Keep your system malware free with anti-virus and spyware scans; update drivers as needed.
