Does anybody know what this is and what it does? How do I uninstall it or turn it off?

Its part of your Roxio Media Dvd creator.

1. Go into control panel
2. then admin tools
3. then services
4. make sure the extended tab at the bottom is clicked
5. then scroll through the list of things to RoxWatch9 and double click on it
6. then in the general tab look town the bottom and hit .. Stop ..
7. then right above it where it says "start up type" set that to disabled ..
8. Back at the top where it says general go to the tab that says recovery
9. make sure each failure is set to take no action.
