vistsa problem
i just got this acer t180 computer and one day i start up a game and it froze so i restarted the computer and i got this blue screen
AMD Athlon 64 3800+ processor
1gb ddr2 memory
160 sata HD

here's a couple of things to try although i had this error once and the only thing that worked was reinstalling the OS

well i guess i should ask- do you STILL get this error or was it just that one time?

bottom link:i dont have knoppix cd kinda confusing

i try the top one to see if its possible for that to work

o and the errors i just started getting it and repair wont help saying that they cant fix it and restore too.

it restarts every other boot up like restarts once then goes to start up repair all over again i got to see this bluesreecen by disabling restart when system error on the f8 menu

First off, the computer is new so perhaps you may want to return it.

Other options:

If you cannot boot to Windows:

Being that the pc is new, I assume you don't have much for critical data stored on it or at least you still have a backup or old pc with your data on it. If it were me, I'd cut to the chase and run a clean install.

the problem is that the computer didnt come with a vista dvd only the anytime upgrade cd. is it possbile i can use that u performa repair?

That dvd actually has all versions of Vista on it. I believe you can use it to run the repair.
