Solved: Cannot delete a file on Vista !!!
Hi there,

I have been trying to download a Lexmark Driver and my internet connection was running so slow i stopped it half way through. The file saved on my desktop is 0kb in size but whenever i try and delete it opens a tab saying "the action cannot be completed because the file is open in another program". I cannot delete this file in safe mode or rename it or move it due to the above pop up. To complicate matters i have for some reason copied it and made a secondary copy file and this one also doesnt delete!!! Rather more sinisterly.....i have now tried to restore my computer to an earlier point to sort the critter and my computer will not restore to an earlier point !!!

Any advice is much appreciated !!
