Exclamation CD burner help
ok i got my lapto running windows vista basic this year (2008)

today i tried to burn a cd and when i do it sometimes it'll change screens and run throught the process like it's pending my files and burning them but it won't eject the cd after it's done and other times it'll pop up with an error screen i googled it and someone else had the same problem and downloaded

and i tried to find a link of this and couldn't... everything i found when i downloaded it it wouldn't run and extract the file or something ...idk ...something is wrong can someone please help me i'm not that great with cmputers so explain stuff as best you can...i'm using the windows vista media player ...thanks in advance...

Are you saying you are looking for KB929399? Doesn't appear applicable to your problem, however:

Then again....... if burning with Win Media Player I suppose it is applicable.

This is the first time i have tried to burn. I am so frustrated with this thing!
