corrupted file, can't system restore
Well I've keept getting this "Checking File System C type of file is NTFS" every time I turn on my computer and I always let it load and it doesn't fix anything and I keep getting the message. I tried to System Restore to make it go away but I can't because a file in Recovery (D: ) was corrupted or something. So, if I reformat will it fix this problem or am I going to have to take it to a professional? I don't have money right now so I need to avoid taking it to a pro. unless I really need to. Also, I don't have this "disk" to reformat am I going to need it? If I can make it by downloading it somewhere, can someone link me please? I'm no good with computers :s.

I have a Windows Vista Home Premium
Model: a6000n

Here's a log of the check:

One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency. You
may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly recommended
