I have Windows Vista. In my email, I think it is outlook express. It was already installed on my computer when I purchased from Dell. There is a message in the outbox that is preventing me from sending any messages. When I try to delete the message I get a box that says Unknown error has occured.
How do I delete this message so I am able to send messages?
