CD-rom problems HELP PLEASE
i use windows vista and am having a problm with it...

when i put a cd in the cd-rom it woth run like it should.. and then when i try and open it manually the hard drive light comes on but nothing happens. then on top f that when i try and reset it freezes!
im not sue if it is the operating system o the anti virus not letting it run?

Help me please
