It does Rich-M except Outlook. Actually then I’m back to where I was; Office 2000 on Vista. That is fine for Word and Excel, but Outlook does not work properly. I did all the 24 moves advised by Scott’s Blog and that improved it somewhat but not completely. I cannot open new message to write. I think Outlook is not gonna work on Vista and therefore I have to settle for Windows Mail. I’m thinking of taking of Vista and get XP installed, but I do not know how to do that.

I don't really know why this point isn't getting caught...let me try again.
Install Ms Office 2000 except for Outlook. Then Install Outlook 2007. Spell check comes from Word which will be in Office 2000, will be your source for spell check in Outlook 2007.
