Exclamation My profile didn't load properly and everthing is wiped!! System restore isn't working
This seems to be an issue that has occured on more than one occassion.

When my laptop restarts it comes up with the error c:\windows\system32\wmnetmgr.dll and that it is not installed correctly or something like that. Therefore, my profile doesn't load up properly and loads up a temporary profile with everything lost on my hard drive.

This is such an annoying thing and I've already done all of my system restores which say that they have completed successfully, however it is always loading up with this temporary profile, which loses all data when it shuts down.

I'm a bit of a noob with these issues and any information to help me out with this would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!
