What is "vista lite"? Is it Vista Home Basic dumbed down even more? Or something entirely different?

Looks like Home Basic. So TaTu, what are you doing to bring up that window? How are you going about renaming it?

On my computers, you left click once on the folder you want to rename (or tap if you have a laptop) to highlight the folder, then right click on it and select 'rename', and it highlights the box to type in, as attachment below shows:

First go to "start - controlpanel - offline files"
then click "disable offline files"

Go to this website
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/69837-new-folder.html
Download the "Newfolderfix.reg" File
Click yes when it asks you to continue to put the file into your registry.
