Vista Unexpected Shutdown
Searched other posts and still need some help. I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 running Vista. My laptop does not power off at shutdown rather reboots and displays an Unexpected Shutdown message, as follows:

Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 9f
BCP1: 00000003
BCP2: 898044E8
BCP3: 89819BC0
BCP4: 83AE52E0
OS Version: 6_0_6000
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini051008-01.dmp

I have checked for updates and used the solve problems option, it is also not overheating.

I recently installed a Lexmark 4 in 1 Vista Certified printer. Only problem I have had with it is it does not communinate when coming back up from sleep mode, I have to re-boot.
Any help or suggestions anyone can provide would be great...Dell has not been any help because their servers have been down everytime I have try to get assistance over the last few days.

Thanks!
