Cable modem for Shaw Cable
I have a Motorola cable modem with Shaw Cable in Canada.I find it is very slow.I thought ity was Windows Vista but its not.Is there a program that will make my internet connection faster,Thanks

No. But there are a lot of programs that can slow it.

What is your advertised speed and what do you get with a test such as http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ ?

Do you get the same results in Safe Mode with Networking?
