Arrow IE and Outlook reopen after being closed
I'm running Windows Vista on a Dell XPS410. When I close Internet Explorer or Microsoft Outlook, I often (but not always) get a message "Internet Explorer (or Microsoft Outlook) has stopped working" and then the program will reopen by itself. As Outlook reopens, I get a message that it was not closed properly and it's checking for errors, and lately I'm also asked if I want to reopen in Safe Mode. Occasionally I'll get a message that IE has stopped working even when I don't close it myself, and all pages will close.

Not sure if this is a related problem or not, but occasionally I have emails that stay in the outbox even after sending (and stay open on the monitor after I hit "send"), but they also show up in the Sent box, so it's difficult to know if they actually were sent. I believe (but I'm not sure) that it's only happening when they have multiple photos attached, so they are large emails and I'm sending them on a 28.8k dialup modem, if that makes any difference.

Thanks for any help!
