windows is always updating
I don't know why my windows vista home premium version is trying to update in about every 5 minutes.It always shows me that windows have total one inportant update to install.So I install it as usual.In the update history, the update is seeded. The message in windows update history is

"Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool - June 2008 (KB890830)"

Installation date: ‎6/‎15/‎2008 11:04 AM

Installation status: Successful

Update type: Important


But , after about 5 minutes, it shows me that i have one important update to install . So I install it again, it is also " Windows Malicious Sofware Removal Tool- June 2008 ( KB890830) .When I am offline , windows try to download and install update in every 5 minutes.

I have avst antivirus, zonealarm firewall and windows defender installed in my laptop. Pl help me what sold i do to solve it .

I really appreciate your help !
