Full Screen
I was trying to get rid of MyPlayCity which was trying to take over my home page. I minimized the internet connection and right clicked on it while in the tray. I noticed a "hide" something that was checked so I unchecked it. Now I can't get full page which I use while reading online. Full page is checked in tools.

I got rid of the toolbar and restored iGoogle, but really want my full page back.

I'm not sure what this is you are refering to. If it is a sofware program, have you just tried removing and reinstalling it?

What exactly does it do?

If it is an inactive icon that is not showing up in the system tray, make sure "hide inactive icons" is UN checkeked on the taskbar's right click > properties options.

Full Page
Nope, I'm referring to the top of the online screen which has the toolbar, tabs, etc. I've been using the Full Screen (F11) option to hide the whole toolbar section so I can read a larger page when I read books online. It works so that all you have to do is move the cursor to the top of the screen and the toolbar, etc., reappear. It was working fine, but now I can get it to hide, even though Full Screen is checked in tools.

FYI is was able to resolve this by using System Restore and changing the MyPlayCity homepage.

It is upsetting that they were able to change it without my knowing or permission.

I'd definitely see that the program is removed -- that's a symptom of a malware application.

But thanks for the update and glad it was easily fixed. "Full screen" is a part of the View dialog though, not "Tools", which is probably what confused me about your description.

Note re Full Page option
I later found out that I can use full page only in one internet window (not tabs, but the whole window). If I open or start another internet connection, and want to use Full Page option, I have to turn the option off in the other internet window.
