how can I switch off the security notice?
Is there anyway I can stop the security notice pop up ??

Its really annoying.......checking if I want to do an action all the time ! and very time consuming


any help would be appreciated.

Yes, but it will also turn off the protection.

AVG will NOT replace the UAC protection.

I have not disabled the UAC and have learned to put up with the notices. As you can tell, I do not tell people how to turn UAC off. If they really want to do it, all they have to do is do a little reading in the Help that comes with Vista.

You will also fine that there are a few programs require it to be on for the program to be installed.
