There is no .theme file...
I am trying to install this theme.

There is no .theme file in it. I have installed several themes which work fine because they have .theme file. But please tell me what to do if it has no .theme file.

Not really a "Vista" problem I don't think since it appears that the theme must be "applied" using their own utility in "step 1".
